Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we're happy to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items purchased through other retailers or third-party websites.
Arranging a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@thetribecollection.co.uk, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return has been approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Please package your item securely in its original packaging and include your order details inside the parcel where possible.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thetribecollection.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If you're unsure whether your purchase is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item shows signs of wear, has been altered or is not returned in a resaleable condition. In these circumstances, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred item. This ensures the replacement item is reserved for you without delay.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Items must be unused, returned in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
