Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

For Standard Delivery, if your parcel does not fit through your letterbox, someone will need to be available to accept delivery. If delivery is missed, please follow the courier's re-delivery instructions. Should the parcel be returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply to resend your order.

If you request changes to your delivery, such as leaving your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, The Tribe Collection cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or theft once the courier has fulfilled your request.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and deliveries are not made on UK Bank Holidays.
